However, we weren't thrilled by the quality of its ride on rough surfaces. We found that the wheels and suspension didn't do a great job of absorbing bumps and shocks.

It's a great stroller for travel because it comes in the box fully assembled, with just a few steps to get it in use. The seat can be moved forward and backward to adjust the recline, which is pretty much flat. It's easy to fold and unfold, due to two buttons on the frame. It also fits into a convenient carrying bag for when it's not in use. 2. Kolcraft Cloud Plus

This stroller is an excellent option for those looking for a lightweight travel stroller. It comes with all the features parents look for in a stroller. This includes all-terrain tires and front suspension to ensure a smooth ride. It is also incredibly lightweight, at less than 12 pounds. It can be folded in one hand and stand up on its own. It also has a child tray and parent tray each with two cup holders.

Its design isn't excellent, and it didn't do well in our test of maneuverability. It is a slender frame which makes pushing it across rough surfaces feel like lifting heavy weights. This may be okay when you use the stroller on smooth streets, but for the majority people, it will likely not be comfortable.

The Cloud Plus features a three-tiered extended canopy that has a peek-aboo window to provide additional sun protection. Its multi-position seat accommodates children weighing up to 50 pounds and uses the 5-point safety restraint system. This is an excellent feature for older toddlers who have outgrown their infant car seats.

It is compact and folds down in one step. It is able to be collapsed by pressing a button. It also features an easy, foot-activated break that's easy to set up and release.

The handle is lower than many strollers we've tested and some parents may be uncomfortable using it for long periods. It does have a handle lock to keep it in place when opened, though. This is a great feature to have if you are going to be using the stroller on uneven or gravelly terrain.

3. Munchkin Sparrow

The Munchkin Sparrow is the ultimate travel stroller for parents who are on the go. The stroller is compact and can be folded up and down with ease and fits into the overhead compartments of planes, or trunks in amusement parks (no need to fret about parking fees). It comes with a carry bag that zips up for convenient storage. It can be used with the infant car adapter from birth and provides excellent sun protection thanks to its canopy. The only downside for certain parents is that they feel the design uninspiring and utilitarian.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ is a little more expensive than other single lightweight stroller single stroller cheap strollers however it was made specifically for luxury urban living and travel. It's among the smallest strollers to fold (and comes with a handy carry case), and it has a nice amount of storage space, including cups holder. The seat is comfortable for both the child and the adult, and reclines to a nearly flat position. This is the only stroller that can be used by infants with the car seat adapter. The handlebar isn't adjustable and could pose an issue for some parents who are taller.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 may not be the lightest stroller, but it comes with a number of amazing features that make traveling with children easier. The large seat reclines to a flat position, and it comes with extra padding to make those airplane naps more comfortable. The canopy extends to provide good sun protection, and the parent tray has plenty of storage. It also has a spring-loaded footrest that doubles as a handle when folded. This footrest, however, seems vulnerable to damage from baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Mini V2

Uppababy Minu V2 is an elegant stroller with a premium design and quality. Its compact size makes it easy to maneuver narrow streets and tight spaces, but its sturdy construction means it can withstand rough terrain without compromising your child's safety. The spring-action suspension at the front and back ensures an even more comfortable ride and its durable materials ensure it can withstand everyday wear and tear. Additionally it can be extended to accommodate additional items such as an infant car seat.

Even with a baby on the way, the Minu was a breeze to fold and maneuver. Its squat nearly square fold that folds into thirds, is one of the most simple folds we've seen and allows it to be tucked away in overhead compartments of planes and public transport. It also comes with a single buggy-action brake with color coded that is easy to use.

The seat reclines in a variety of positions, and the leg rest can be adjusted with one hand, making it simple to find your child's perfect position. The UPF 50+ hood went down quite a bit, which was great to shield Cora's eyes from sun (though not quite as low as other strollers). The medium-sized mesh window is attached magnetically to the canopy and shuts without the use of noisy Velcro.

It's not the best choice when you're looking for an automobile seat-compatible model or a double stroller, though. It's not compatible with infant car seats, and your babies will need to be able to sit up on their own before they can use the stroller starting from day one.

This stroller is loaded with features and comes at a price that is very reasonable. It was awarded a higher score in our review of maneuverability than some other models with similar specs, and is an excellent option for smooth surfaces. It also has a nice canopy and plenty of storage space, including a large parent tray. The front wheel suspension is a bit stiff and the handlebar is a bit smaller than average, but it provides an enjoyable ride for adults.

If you have twins, or two children who are different ages, you might find a side by side stroller to be the best choice to take them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove. It is loaded with features and is small in size, so it can fit into places where other side-byside strollers can't.

It features reclining seats that are individually adjustable, a large canopy with a peek-a-boo window and tons of storage. It's heavier than the other side-bysides however it has a good capacity and weight limit. It can carry the majority of kids up to 50 pounds. You can even add a bassinet to front of the stroller to accommodate newborns.

If you are looking for a more luxurious version of this stroller the Caboose RS Sit and Stand Stroller is a great alternative. It has the same fantastic features as this model and can be fitted with a bassinet, allowing you to bring your child home from the hospital in fashion.
